WELCOME!

Welcome to 2009 and welcome to my wonderful recipe blog.

I started this blog not only to help others but to help myself with my own weight loss goals. With the new year comes new years resolutions and the resolution at the top of my list is of course loosing weight. I have struggled with my weight my entire life and it is still a major struggle to this day. This year is my goal is 40 pounds.

Reaching any goal is never easy especially losing weight. So this is my attempt at helping myself and all of you reach our weight loss goal. I'm going to draw upon the wisdom I've gained from a lifetime of trying to loose weight and of course the wisdom of weight loss experts.

So stay tuned for tips, tricks and of course weight watcher recipes to help us all be a healthier happer and of course a smaller you!
